Winemaker's Notes
This is a single vineyard barrel aged Chardonnay from the Alluvialle soils of Hawke's Bay. Hand selected fruit with 12 months maturation in new and one-year-old French oak, the wine is beautifully textured, full-bodied with butterscotch and spicy oak flavors. Displaying mineral tones from the Terroir, this wine has a delightful and very long finish. 100% Malolactic, single vineyard, hand selected Clone 95 and Mendoza. Barrel fermented and barrel aged 30% new and 70% one-year-old French Oak.
