Winemaker's Notes
The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough and are fully certified organic by BioGro New Zealand, they build up a natural resistance to the elements with the skins becoming thicker producing more flavour. Picking commenced in early April, with the grapes then allocated to different parcels for fermentation allowing for a range of components for blending.
