If you know a Kiwi, you’ll know we cherish our sparkling wine, or what we call “bubbles”. We make some of the best kind of bubbles, called Methode Traditionellé, that is made the same way as in Champagne, France. Complexity, freshness and elegance round off a smooth and supple mousse (fancy word for tiny bubbles). Balanced with fruit flavors of white pear, apples and citrus, these are our favourite Southern Hemisphere bottles of fizz!
